So you killed a hawk…? What strings did you have to pull to get a permit for that? Last I checked, Fish and Wildlife only allowed the legal elimination of raptors very rarely and only under exceptionally extreme circumstances. 

Signal boosting because this is a FEDERAL OFFENSE. It is illegal to shoot Redtail Hawks in the United States. And, even if he really did find it just randomly like he claims, it is illegal to possess such an animal, alive or dead, or any of it’s parts.
